Field trip in December!

12/4/2017 will be our trip to the Booth Museum!  Unfortunately, we will not need any parent volunteers, but the kiddos will have a blast!!! We will send home permission slips in the next few weeks, as we will need to meet our donation request, and if we do not, we will have to cancel the trip.  I just wanted to make everyone aware so you can start saving as needed.  The donation will NOT be more than $11.  We will keep you updated.  Please feel free to ask questions via email or writing in your child's agenda :)  We are looking forward to this!!

Next Tuesday - book character dress up day!

Your child is permitted to dress up as ANY book character that they like.  They may not wear a mask or have any fake weapons here at school and it must be a BOOK character.  If your child dresses up as a certain character, we can find help them find a copy of the book here for the parade (or if they have the book, bring it!)

Please feel free to ask questions.

MOVIE NIGHT TONIGHT - YAY! United Way and Red Ribbon next week.

Captain Underpants will be showing tonight at our school at 6:30, thanks to PTA!  We encourage the whole family to join, but you must have a parent or guardian with you.

Next week, Red Ribbon posters are due Wednesday.  Red Ribbon week is to encourage students to think about their future and stay day free.  There will be a prize for best poster per grade level!

As a school, we are collecting change for United Way.  If you are able to, please donate your loose change to United Way.  The grade level that raises the most will receive a movie day and popcorn party!

Have a great weekend!
